Privacy Policy — Content Bot

01What this is

WeysTattoo Content Bot is a private, single-operator tool built for the tattoo studio WeysTattoo (Berlin). It reads new posts from the studio's own Instagram account and republishes them, on the studio owner's explicit approval, to the studio's own accounts on Telegram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok.

It is not a public app, is not distributed to other users, and does not act on behalf of anyone other than the studio owner.

02What data it touches

The tool only touches content the studio owner already posted publicly on their own Instagram account — captions, photos, and videos — plus the access tokens needed to post that same content to the studio's other accounts.

• No visitor, follower, or third-party personal data is collected, stored, or processed.
• No data is sold, shared, or made available to any other party.
• Access tokens are stored locally, used only to publish to the studio's own connected accounts, and never transmitted elsewhere.

03Human approval

Nothing is published automatically without the studio owner reviewing and approving each post first, via a Telegram message with an explicit "Publish" action.
